What are Literacy Academies?
​
Academy is a collaboratively planned and instructed Tier 1 foundational skills block that addresses the language and literacy needs of all students.
​
The goals are:

prevention for all

identifying what support each student needs based on data
-
intentional design and redesign of services and supports matched to needs of students

mixing students across grade level for differentiated and individualized instruction
